摘  要:涩北气田由于成岩程度差、岩性疏松,在气田开采过程中极易出砂,并且伴随着地层出水导致出砂将逐渐加剧。合理的防砂策略是控制生产压差,实施主动防砂。从疏松砂岩储层岩石成分、出砂的力学与化学机理等角度出发,结合对岩石内聚力强度影响因素的实验数据分析,建立了新的气井出砂临界生产压差计算方法。新模型以常规理论解析模型为基础,根据实验数据的回归,引入随含水饱和度而变化的岩石强度计算模型。对比现场出砂压差实测数据,新方法的计算结果更为合理。Sanding is a notorious phenomena during gas production in the Sebei gas field due to the loose sandstone formation,furthermore,water breakthrough from the formation will weaken the rock cohesion and then aggravate the sand production.Drawdown controlling is a reasonable and positive sand control strategy.A new sanding critical drawdown calculation model,which is based on the rock composition analysis,dynamic and chemical sanding mechanism,is developed in this paper in combination with experimental data on the controlling factors of rock's cohesive force.Data analysis from the core experiment on the influencing factors,such as mud content,water saturation,is incorporated.In this model,rock cohesion is considered as changed with water saturation,which is a character of production in the Sebei gas field.Through comparison of field data,this new model is more reasonable and reliable than current methods to calculate the sanding critical drawdown.
