摘　　要：根据磨料介质的实际服役工况条件，生产中铬白口铸铁磨球的工艺设计原则应明确为：在改善韧度指标的前提下，进一步提高硬度。以在实践中成功运用的实例，从控制冷速、成分设计、铸造冶金处理和热处理等方面介绍了新工艺，并指出该工艺适合现代工业的规模化生产方式，具有较强的市场竞争力。Considering practical use condition, the process design priciples of medium chromium white cast iron production should be defined to further enhance the hardness under the premise for improving the toughness. By the examples used in practice successfully, the new process including cooling rate control, composition design, metallurgy and heat treatment was introduced. It is pointed out that the process with strong market competitiveness is suitable for the large-scale modem industrial production.
