摘　　要：以 DCS 为平台对 PLC 之间、PLC 与 PC 之间的通讯进行了研究,通过 PC 机的"编程口"与多台 PLC 组成星形控制系统,通过设置特殊数据寄存器 D8121对连接在系统上的设备进行地址分区,从而使每台 PLC 在网络上都有一个唯一的地址,较好地解决了相互间的通讯问题。用 PLC 的 A/D、D/A 扩展模块传送输入和输出指令,借助组态软件良好的人机界面来直观地反映模拟量的变化过程,并直接进行控制。Using DCS as a platform, the communication between two PLC or PLC and PC are researched. ＇Programming I＇ of PC and multi-PLC are made into the star-shaped control system. By setting a special data register D8121, the system＇s equipment address has been partitioned, so that each PLC on the network has a unique address. It can solve the inter-communication problems. PLC＇s A/D and D/A extension modules are used to send the import and export orders. A good human-computer interface of software configuration can be used to reflect visually the change process of analogue, and to control it directly.
