信号调制下光强关联时间随色噪声变化的规律

摘  要:采用线性化近似方法研究了偏置信号调制下色噪声驱动的单模激光增益模型的光强关联时间随色噪声强度变化的规律,发现当两噪声间关联程度λ<0时,光强关联时间T随噪声强度D和Q的变化曲线中都出现极小值(即出现抑制);当λ≥0时,光强关联时间T随D的增加而单调增加,随Q的增加而单调减小.另外,随着λ的绝对值和Ω值的增加,T-D和T-Q曲线的抑制谷变深,而随着i0值的增加,T-D和T-Q曲线的抑制谷变浅.Studied was the light intensity correlation time T varying with colored noises for a gainnoise model of a single-mode laser driven by colored pump noise and colored quantum noises with colored cross-correlation under a bias signal modulation, using the linear approximation method. It is found that there exist the minimum (i. e. suppression) in the curves of the intensity correlation time T versus the noise intensities D and Q when the noise correlation coefficient A is negative; and the intensity correlation time T increases monotonously with the increase of D and decreases monotonously with the increase of Q when λ≥0. Furthermore, with the increasing of the value of |λ| and the signal frequency Ω, the suppression vales of T-D curve and T-Q curve become deeper; and with the increasing of the value of the bias current i0, the suppressions vale of T-D curve and T-Q curve become shallower.
