摘  要:国华三河电厂1号、2号锅炉自投运以来,再热器整体和局部超温严重,影响机组的安全经济运行.通过实施基于受控涡量燃烧模式的辅助风(AA)反切改造方案和受热面改造,再热器减温水量大幅减少,同时末级再热器局部超温问题得到有效解决,大大提高了锅炉机组运行的安全性和经济性,获得了良好的经济效益和社会效益.Since the commission of No. 1, No. 2 boiler in Guohua Sanhe power plant, integral and local overheating of reheater have been very serious, which influences the safe and economic operation of the unit. Through the application of counter-tangential auxiliary air based on Controlled Vortex Flux Firing Mode and retrofit of heating surface, the amount of desuperheating water for reheater is decreased greatly. At the same time, the problem of local overheating of final-stage reheater is effectively solved. The safety and economy of the boiler unit are increased greatly and large social and economical benefits are gained.
