摘  要:针对高温腐蚀影响因素间的模糊性和不确定性,采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)进行试验分析,通过对各影响因素两两间隶属度的判别,并结合现场试验,构造反映人们思维判断与客观事实一致性的模糊矩阵,定量计算出某电站锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀各影响因素的权重指标,找到了对锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀影响最大的因素,并进行了针对性的燃烧调整.半年后的停炉检查发现,水冷壁高温腐蚀现象得到了改善.Aiming at the fuzzy and uncertain features among the influential factors for high temperature corrosion, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) was used for experimental analysis. By discriminating the subordination between every two of the influential factors and combining the site tests, the fuzzy matrix, which reflected the consistency between people's thoughts and objective facts, was constructed. The weight indexes of influential factors for the waterwall high temperature corrosion of certain utility boiler were calculated out quantitatively. The most important influential factor for high temperature corrosion of boiler waterwall was found out and the combustion adjustment was carried out correspondingly. Half a year later, the shutdown examination shows that the phenomenon of high temperature corrosion of waterwall is thoroughly improved.
