摘 要:采用国际上通用的不平衡响应及共振转速峰值响应灵敏度Q因子,对沁北电厂600 MW超临界汽轮发电机组的轴系振动特性进行了计算、分析和评价.计算结果和运行实测数据表明:该机组轴系连接合理,轴系振动特性良好,无论是轴系无阻尼临界转速,还是轴系不平衡响应及共振转速峰值响应灵敏度Q因子,均符合安全评价标准,是1台安全可靠、经济性好、具有先进水平的600 MW超临界汽轮机.The vibration characteristics of Qinbei 600 MW supercritical turbine-generator shaft was calculated,analyzed and evaluated by adopting internationally used unbalance response and "Q factor" of resonance speed peak response sensitivity according to unit's rotor system vibration features. Calculation results and operating data by measuring show that Qinbei 600 MW supercritical turbine-generator shaft connection is reasonable and the vibration characteristics of rotor system are good. Not only the undamped critical speed, but also the unbalance response and "Q factor" of resonance speed peak response sensitivity of the rotor system, are consistent with the safety evaluation criteria. It is a safe and reliable 600 MW supercritical steam turbine with good economical efficiency.
