摘 要:利用高能微弧沉积方法在汽轮机叶片材料2Cr13钢上制备316L涂层,对基体材料和沉积层结合界面的显微组织、成分、硬度和耐腐蚀性能进行了研究.结果表明:沉积层和基材界面处发生了Cr、Fe、Ni、Mo元素扩散,且各元素的浓度呈梯度变化,沉积层和基体材料的结合为冶金结合,结合界面致密;从基体到沉积层的硬度值逐渐过渡,提高了沉积层与基体的结合强度;沉积涂层耐腐蚀性能明显优于基材.研究成果为汽轮机叶片微缺陷的修复以及表面强化提供了理论依据.Stainless steel 316L was deposited onto surfaces of steam turbine blades made of steel 2Crl3 by high-energy micro-arc process. Microstructure, composition, hardness and corrosion resistance of the interface layer between base metal and deposition material were studied. Results show that the interface combination is of the dense metallurgical bond type, where elements Cr, Fe, Ni and Mo diffuse in gradient. The hardness rises gradually from base metal to deposition layer, due to which the combination strength is enhanced. Further more, the corrosion resistance of deposition layer is obviously better than that of the base metal. These results may serve as a reference for small defect repairs and surface hardening of steam turbine blades.
