摘  要:长庆油田目前的定向井井数达到了总井数的85%以上。由于定向井井眼轨迹的特殊性,抽油杆在油井内的受力情况比较复杂,很容易出现断脱问题,严重影响了油井正常生产。分析了定向井抽油杆柱的弯曲应力及其影响;进行了加重杆的优化设计。抽油杆柱下部配加重杆的方法经现场应用后取得了较好的效果,延长了油井免修期,目前已全面推广应用。Changqing field is located in rough loess plateau area. Recently, in order to save ground surface construction cost and have easy management, cluster wells were drilled directionally in large area and the ratio of directional wells was up to 85%. In the process of production due to peculiarity of well holes, the stress of pumping rods had changed so complex that they would break and slip easily, thus wells production had been damaged. We have taken many measures to solve this problem and weighing under the rod was one of these solutions. After theoretical calcu- lation and field tests the method has been applied extensively and confirmed that it has good effect and can prolong well repair free period.
