摘  要:井下工具的工作环境十分恶劣,为了保证操作人员的安全,对井下工具安全性有着特殊要求,井下工具可靠性设计是保证油田开采过程安全性的基础和关键。分析了井下工具失效的主要原因,在此基础上,对井下工具的可靠性设计方法和步骤做了初步探讨。The downhole tools working is very bad in the process of oil exploitation. A special security about the tools had been required to guarantee safety of the operators. The key and foundation to ensure safely in the process of oilfield exploitation was reliable of the downhole tools.The main reasons of the failure for downhole tools was discussed and analyed. A preliminary study about the reliability design methods was made and steps in the process of downhole tools design that based on the experience were discussed.
