摘  要:从实验室保存的菌株中分离筛选能够提高红景天苷含量的茵株,通过重氮盐比色法初筛和 HPLC 复筛得到一株黑曲霉 Aspergillus niger(编号35),经发酵红景天原药材,提高其中红景天苷的含量.该菌株在接种量10%,料水比1:15,30℃,200r/min 的最佳发酵和培养条件下发酵48h,发酵后的原药材中红景天苷含量比发酵前同比提高52.83%,酪醇含量提高11.54%,证明微生物发酵能够提高红景天中红景天苷的含量.One strain of Aspergillus niger (numbered 35) was screened from the strains that deserved by the laboratory through colorimetry and HPLC. By fermentation, the content of salidroside was increased. The optimized fermentation was that the inoculation amount was 5%, the ratio of material to water was 1 : 15 and the fermentation time was 48 hours. Under the condition of 30 ℃ ,200 r/min, the contents of salidroside and tyrosol were raised by 52.83% and 11.54% respectively. The content of sali- droside could be raised by the method of fermentation.
