摘 要:以野生型油菜3529为对照,研究了黄化突变体油菜 Cr3529的光合特性和叶绿素荧光特性.结果显示,幼苗期、初花期、盛花期 Cr3529的净光合速率(P_n)均显著低于野生型,但青荚期角果的 P_n 与野生型的无显著差异;在各个时期,Cr3529胞间 CO_2浓度(C_i)及气孔导度(G,)与野生型无显著差异,而其 PSⅡ原初光能转化效率(F_v/F_m)均高于野生型;突变体的表观量子效率(AQY)较低,其光饱合点和光补偿点均高于野生型;两者功能叶片的 P_n 日变化均呈"双峰"曲线,但野生型"午休"程度较突变体弱;从叶绿素荧光参数的日变化中可以看出,黄化突变体更耐光抑制;而对强光的敏感性测验表明突变体对强光没有野生型敏感.Compared with wild type 3529, photosynthetic capabilities and chlorophyll fluorescence of a chlorophyll reduced seedling mutant Cr3529, Brassica napus L. was analyzed. The results showed that the Chl content in Cr3529 leaves was lower than that in 3529, but Chla/Chlb rate in Cr3529 leaves was higher than that in 3529. The functional leaves of Cr3529 presented a significantly lower net photosynthetic rate (Pn) than those of 3529 at seedling stage, earlier flower stage and blooming flower stage. There was no significant difference in P, of siligua at the fruit stage between the mutant and its wild- type. No obvious differences of Ci and Gs between the mutant and its wild-type were observed. The optimal PSⅡ efficiency (Fv/Fm) of mutant was higher than that of wild-type at different growth stages. The mutant had a lower apparent quantum yield (AQY), and higher light saturation point and light compensation point than its wild-type. The photosynthetic rates of the mutant and its wild-type appeared to change in a double-peak curve, but the wild-type had a lighter noon break than the mutant. It was found that the mutant had less chance to occur photoinhibition from the chlorophyll fluorescence diurnal variation in the leaves and that the mutant was less sensitive to high light than its wild-type.
