摘  要:以正辛烷为溶剂,用结晶法从粗十二烷基磷酸酯中提纯了单十二烷基磷酸酯,讨论了结晶终温、结晶时间、溶剂和溶质的质量比对单十二烷基磷酸酯的结晶收率及其质量分数、磷酸质量分数、十二醇质量分数的影响,用正辛烷作溶剂采用结晶法,从粗磷酸酯提纯得到w(单烷基磷酸酯)>97%的适宜工艺条件为:溶质和溶剂质量比为3∶3.5,结晶终温15℃,结晶时间120 m in。经四川理工学院图书馆2008年12月15日出具的第2008023号《科技查新报告》证实,在国内外文献中未见关于溶液结晶法提纯单烷基磷酸酯的报道。The technological process of purifying the monoalkyl phosphate was investigated by crystallizing the thick phosphate with the normal octane as a solvent. The effects of the final crystallizing temperature, crystallizing period and the ratio of solvents on the yield of monoalkyl phosphate, the product weight fraction, the phosphoric acid weight fraction and the dodecanol weight fraction were discussed. The suitable technological conditions of purifying monoalkyl phosphate (mass fraction 〉 97% ) by crystallizing the thick phosphate were obtained: the ratio of solute and solvent 3 - 3.5, terminal crystallizing temperature 15℃ and crystallizing period 120 min. It was authenticated that the study of purifying the monoalkyl phosphate with crystallization has not been published either in our country or abroad by checking the new report No. 2008023 on 15 Nov. 2008 in the library of Sichuan University of Science & Enginering.
