摘 要:以国产废旧新闻纸为脱墨对象,用8种表面活性剂在中性条件下对其进行脱墨考察,包括单组分、双组分、三组分、四组分表面活性剂复配体系的脱墨考察。进行了不同质量比表面活性剂的脱墨实验,选择出了合适的中性脱墨剂。结果表明:脱墨剂复配质量比为m(AEO-9)∶m(Tween-60)∶m(AEO-7)∶m(K12)=10∶10∶55∶25时,成纸的白度可提高11.43%ISO,脱墨浆得率89%。The neutral de-inking performances of the eight surfactants for old newspapers (ONP) and their synergistic effects, including the system of two component surfactant, three component surfactant, four component surfactant, with different surfactant mass ratios were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the complex surfactant systems of AEO - 9, Tween - 60, AEO - 7, K12 were better and their mass ratios were 10:10:55:25. The whiteness of ONP neutral de-inking pulp could be enhanced more than 11.43% ISO. The yield of ONP neutral de-inking pulp was 89%.
