钱塘江粗唇鱼危细胞色素b基因片段序列分析及系统发生研究

摘　　要：为研究钱塘江粗唇鱼危与其他鲿科鱼类的亲缘关系,扩增并测定了粗唇鱼危的细胞色素b基因片段序列。用Blastn分析所获序列与其他鲿科鱼类细胞色素b基因的同源性,用Mega4软件构建系统发生树。Cytb gene region of mitochondrial DNA （mtDNA） of Leiocassis crassilabris from Qiantang river was sequenced and compared with other sequences of Bagridae comprising of 9 species （1128 bp）. Phylogenetic trees were developed by neighbour-joining （NJ）, and unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean （UPGMA）. Based on the trees, L. crassilabris and cuttail bullhead Pseudobagrus truncatus were clustered into one clade, indicating that L. crassilabris shared a closer relationship with P. truncatus than the others.
