摘  要:在萌芽期和花芽分化期叶片施用15N硫铵、32P磷酸二氢钠和15N尿素,研究脐橙在萌芽期、初花期、生理落果期以及花芽分化期氮、磷营养吸收运转分配规律。结果表明开花过程需消耗大量氮、磷营养。在落花落果的32P放射比强度和NDFF%都比座果的小,说明氮、磷营养不足是引起脐橙落花落果的主要原因之一。GA3+BA或GA3激素处理能吸引氮、磷营养向幼果运输,从而提高座果率。The present research was carried out in the condition of plastic greenhouse culture,15Nammonium sulphate and 32Psodium dihydrogen phosphate were splied to the leaves of Skagg's Bonanza navel orange. It studied the assimilation,translocation characteristics and practical effect after spraying 15Namomnium sulphate,15Nurea and 32Psodium dihydrogen phosphnate.With sprout and leaves were spreod the 15Nurea absorbed by leaves,branches translocated to new organs slowly with the characteristic of stored nutrition to spur leaves and fruit set in nxt year.The total nitrogen,NDFF% and 32P radio sink intensity in the leafy inflorescence were much higher than the leaf less inflorescence,It can explain why the fruit set rate of inflorescence is higher than the leafless inflorescence.During the period of drop,the total Nitrogen,NDFF% and 32P radio sink intensity of set fruit is appears higher than drop fruits,the results showed that it is one of the reasons caused fruit drop of nitrogen and phosphorte nutrition lacked.When the young fruit was painted with GA3+BA and GA3 the 32P radio sink intensity,the total nitrogen and NDFF% in treated fruit were GA3+BA>GA3>CK. From these results,treatments and there was close interaction between GA3+BA, Ga3 treatments and enhancement of fruit set rate.
