摘　　要：微生物在自然界以生物膜的形式存在,个体之间存在着互惠共生、利他行为等多种形式的合作行为,表现出典型的群居生物的特征。本文综述微生物群体中存在的各种合作行为,并从社会学角度分析合作行为存在的合理性,以及抑制合作行为中的欺骗现象的种种途径,并引入社会微生物学的概念,为从群体的角度认识微生物的生物学行为,从基因表达的角度了解社会学行为,提供新的思路和理念。Microorganisms exist as the form of community in the nature, named as biofilm. The communication and cooperation between the individuals is performed as multi-cellular behaviors, such as symbiosis, altruism, and so on. This article reviewed the cooperation behaviors and analysis, the thesis for explaining these cooperation and the ways of preventing cheating. And it introduced the concept of soeiomircobiology, helping to understand the mieroorganism by the way of community, and to enable us to open the black box of the genetics underlying social traits.
