摘  要:在分析轧机工作辊径对轧机横向刚度和纵向刚度的影响的基础上,研究了在考虑带钢压下率的情况下冷连轧机的最佳工作辊径配置问题。可以看出,通过优化冷连轧机的工作辊辊经配置有利于减小和消除热轧来料的厚度和板形扰动,提高冷轧成品的厚度和板形控制精度;同时易于冷连轧机来料的咬入,提高冷轧带钢出口轧制速度;配辊方案将冷连轧机工作辊辊径按机架分成两个部分,易于现场工作辊配辊的实现。On basis of analyzing the influence of the work roll diameter on mill transverse stiffness and longitudinal stiffness, the paper studied the optimal working roll diameter configuration for tandem cold rolling mill based on taking strip reduction into consideration. Through optimizing the working roll diameter configuration of tandem cold rolling mill, it is showed that it is helpful to reduce and eliminate the raw product disturbance of the fluctuation of thickness and shape from hot rolling and improve the control precision of thickness and shape of final product. Meanwhile, it can conduce to the mill bite of raw product and increase the mill exit rolling speed. The work roll diameters are divided into two parts according to the mill number in configuration project and it is easily put into practice.
