马尾松种源对松材线虫病的抗性

摘　　要：通过１９８９～１９９７年对马尾松（ＰｉｎｕｓｍａｓｏｎｉａｎａＬａｍｂ）种源对松材线虫病的抗性选育，发现７～１０年生各种源均抗松材线虫病（Ｂｕｒｓａｐｈｅｌｅｎｃｈｕｓｘｙｌｏｐｈｉｌｕｓ（Ｓｔｅｉｎｅｒ＆Ｂｕｈｒｅｒ）Ｎｉｃｋｌｅ），１２年生后的不同年龄和不同马尾松种源的抗性差异很大，在４０个马尾松种源中抗性稳定（ＩＲ＝１００）的有３个（广西２号、广西３号和广东５号）。经模糊聚类分析，按抗病指数及立地指标把４０个种源分成南带、中带和北带三个类群，而其中的三个抗病种源均属南带种源类群，不同种源对松材线虫的抗性差异模式是抗病指数、生长量与纬度呈负相关，即由北向南抗性和生长量有增强的趋势。火炬松、短叶松和刚松具稳定的抗病性。Resistant selection has been carried out more than three years on 40 provenances ( Pinus massoniana Lamb ) in China and 6 other pine species in the plantation by inoculated 5000 nematods ( Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner & Buhrer)Nickle) per tree from 1989 to 1997 7～10 years old massons pine provenances are resistance PWN After 12 years old, the resistance to the PWN and process of pathogenesis in different ages and provenances varied greatly The index of resistance (IR) of 40 provenances among which are stable ones only have three provenances (IR=91.11-100). They are of all south provenances The pattern of the variation in massson pine provenance resistance to the PWN showed a latitudinal gradient through the natural range with the south to north tendency By Fuzzy clustering stepwise analysis there are three groups: south, middle and north provenances Three south provenances not only have better growing characteristics, but also have higher resistant characters to PWN than those of north provenances and middle ranges in China Three other pine species ( P teada, P echinata and P rigida )also have high resistance characteristics to PWN The resistance mechanisms of three masson pine provenances are being in study
