摘 要:对3年生银杏“大佛手”品种的光合作用特性进行了研究。结果表明:光合作用的光补偿点和光饱和点分别为70~80μmol/s·m2和1000~1100μmol/s·m2;不同天气条件下净光合速率的日变化规律存在明显的差异,在晴朗天气条件下,光合速率的日变化表现为双峰曲线,存在明显的“午休”现象。多云天气的光合速率日变化也表现为双峰曲线,但“午休”现象不很明显。阴天的光合速率为典型的单峰曲线;叶片的光合速率直接受光合有效辐射的制约,同时还受气温和空气相对湿度的影响。This paper deals with a study on the photosynthetic characteristics of a three year old seedling of “Da Fushou” variety of Ginkgo biloba . The results were mainly as follows: the light compensation point and the light saturation point of photosynthesis was 70~80 and 1 000~ 1 100μmol/s·m 2 . There were remarkably differences in the daily changes of net photosynthetic rate between the different weather condition. Under a fair weather condition, there was a typical two peak variation with an obvious phenomenon of “noontime repose” in leaf photosynthesis. In a cloudy condition, however, there was also a two peak variation with an unremarkable phenomenon of “noontime repose” in leaf photosynthesis. Under an overcast weather condition, there was only a single peak with a low level of photosynthetic capacity. The net photosynthetic rate of the leaves was not only affected by temperature and relative humidity of air but also directly constrained by intensity of photosynthetically active radiation.
