摘　　要：梗丝膨胀工艺线是梗加工过程中一道重要工序,本系统采用S7 300 PLC PROFIBUS-DP现场总线完成过程控制,即可以保证现场就地实时控制,又可以完成整线连锁控制,节约现场布线,降低成本,保证系统工艺控制精度和整线控制可靠性,为建立工业以太网准备条件。Production line of tobacco stem expansion is an important process of tobacco production.The system uses S7 300 P- LC PROFIBUS-DP to complete process control which would guarantee real-time on-site control, and complete chain control of the whole route. It also cuts down on system line and reduces the cost, therefore ensures the precision of technology control and reliability of the whole mute, ultimatly prepares the conditions for industry ethernet.
