摘  要:目的研究某污灌区蔬菜中有机提取物对小鼠肝、肾组织的氧化损伤作用。方法于2007年5月,选取某污灌农田出产的大白菜为研究对象,地下水灌溉农田出产的大白菜为对照,采用超声振荡法提取白菜中的有机污染物。将40只健康清洁级昆明小鼠按体重随机分为5组,分别为对照组(二甲亚砜),对照区低剂量组、对照区高剂量组、污灌区低剂量组、污灌区高剂量组,雌雄各半。高、低剂量组染毒剂量(以白菜干重计)分别为60、10g/(kg·d)。采用灌胃方式进行染毒,每日1次,灌胃容量为5ml/kg,连续染毒2周。于第15天称重、处死小鼠,测定肝、肾组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果各组小鼠体重变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与溶剂对照组比较,污灌区高、低剂量组肾脏系数和肝组织中MDA含量及高剂量组肝组织中T-SOD活力均降低,污灌区高、低剂量组肾组织中T-SOD活力、污灌区高剂量组肾组织中MDA含量均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与对照区高剂量组比较,污灌区高剂量组肾组织中MDA含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而各组肝、肾组织中GSH-Px活力间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该污灌区白菜有机提取物对小鼠肝、肾组织可产生氧化损伤作用。Objective To study the hepatic and renal oxidative damage induced by the organic extracts of Chinese cabbage from sewage irrigation area on mice. Methods Organic extracts were obtained from Chinese cabbage from pollution area and control area, the organic pollutants were extracted by using supersonic method. Mice were divided into five groups: reagent control group, low-dose control group, high-dose control group, low-dose sewage irrigation group and high-dose sewage irrigation group, and treated with the extracts at the doses (dry weight of vegetable) : low-dose was 10 g/(kg ·d),high-dose was 60 g/(kg·d),though gavage,once a day for 14 consecutive days. MDA,T-SOD,GSH-Px in the liver were determined. Results Compared with the reagent control group,kidney organic index and MDA,T-SOD in liver and kidney in the sewage irrigation groups decreased significantly (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Organ extracts of Chinese cabbage from sewage irrigation area can induce hepatic and renal oxidative damage in mouse.
