老年心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽、C-反应蛋白水平动态变化的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年心力衰竭患者治疗前后血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平动态变化及其意义。方法心力衰竭组为63例确诊的年龄超过60岁的心力衰竭患者,对照组为42例正常健康、年龄超过60岁人群42例。心力衰竭组在治疗前及治疗1周后测定血浆BNP、CRP浓度。结果心力衰竭各组BNP、CRP均较对照组显著增高,BNP和CRP随着心功能分级的增加而显著增加;心力衰竭组患者治疗前BNP、CRP水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,心力衰竭组各级别患者治疗前血浆BNP、CRP水平差异有统计学意义,心力衰竭组患者在治疗前后血浆BNP、CRP水平差异有统计学意义。结论对老年心力衰竭患者,常规检测血浆BNP、CRP浓度是诊断和评价疗效的可靠指标。Objective To investigate changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）, C - reactive protein （CRP） in old patients with heart failure （HF）. Methods HF group, hospitalized and diagnosised HF patients （63 cases） with an age over 60 years old. BNP and CRP level before and after treatment was detected. Control group, healthy people 42 cases with an age over 60 years old, detected BNP, CRP only once. Results Compared with control group, the level of BNP, CRP was significant high in HF group. In HF group, there was also a significant different among each subgroup, and there was a significant difference before and after treatment in each NYHA subgroup. Conclusions Level of plasma BNP, CRP is stable marks to diagnosis and evaluate the effect of treatment of HF.
