摘 要:脉冲涡流检测技术是近几年发展起来的一种新型无损检测技术,可以应用于金属管道和金属板的内腐蚀检测。以低碳无缝钢管的内壁腐蚀作为检测对象,建立了针对脉冲涡流检测的ANSYS有限元仿真模型,分析了磁场仿真的理论基础,列出了仿真分析的具体步骤。为ANSYS有限元仿真软件在脉冲涡流检测中的应用提供了参考,为脉冲涡流检测设备的研制提供了依据。Pulsed eddy current (PEC) testing is a new type of nondestructive measurement technology developed in recent years, mainly used in the detection of metal pipes and metal plates containing some inner corrosion. An inner corrosion of low-carbon seamless steel pipe was as a detection target, ANSYS finite element simulation model for pulsed eddy current detection was built up, the theoretical basis of the magnetic field simulation was analyzed, and the specific steps of the simulation was set up. These have provided some reference for the application of ANSYS finite element simulation software in the pulsed eddy current detection, and some bases for the research of pulsed eddy current testing equipment.
