摘  要:标准试样(简称标样)是评价钢丝绳电磁探伤仪性能的关键部件,其配置合理与否直接关系到评价结果的有效性。基于Health and Safety Executive(HSE)和Safety in Mines ResearchAdvisory Committee(SIMRAC)针对钢丝绳电磁探伤仪所做的评估中所使用的标样,结合ASTME 1571中关于标样配置的规定,分析钢丝绳标样配置时的标样配置,标样制作和缺陷表达问题;最后讨论作为一个研究体系,钢丝绳标样研究所包含的四个主题,这四个主题是:标样描述,标样空间,缺陷集配置和标样制作。Reference standard is vital for test capability evaluation of wire rope nondestructive testing ( NDT) instrument, and its configuration has an impact on the decision of evaluation. Based on two important evaluation reports, the report conducted by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the report conducted by the Safety in Mines Research Advisory Committee(SIMRAC), and an important standard the ASTM E1571, a comparison on wire rope reference standard is carried out. Three key questions are analyzed, the first one is configuration of reference standard, the second one is how to make flaws, and the last one is how to express the sets of flaw. At the end of this paper, a discussion on the main subject of research on wire rope reference standard is presented. According to the discussion, the main subjects are description of reference standard, space of reference standard, configuration of standard reference and manufacture of reference standard.
