中国汶川地震后北川曲山镇疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的研究北川县曲山镇地震灾区震后疾病发生的特点和规律。方法采用国际疾病分类方法（ICD—10）统计分析2008年7月4日-7月31日济南三院救援队在北川县曲山镇接诊的案例。结果共接诊伤病员2214人次，其中人数居前5位的为呼吸系统疾病（46．16％），损伤和中毒疾病（15．99％），皮肤病和皮下组织疾病（9．17％），肌肉骨骼结缔组织疾病（7．00％），消化系统疾病（6．82％）。病员人群年龄段集中在20～45岁人群。结论地震灾区震后发病最多的是呼吸系统疾病，传染病发生率低。病员多为青壮年、男性。医疗队条件有限，应尽快建立高级医疗和三级医疗防护网络。Objective To analyze the disease spectrum among the residents of the earthquake-stricken areas. Methods The clinical data of 2,214 patients suffering from diseases and/or injuries treated by the medical service station of Jinan Third People＇s Hospital were analyzed based on the International Classification of Diseases-10. Results The first 5 categories of the diseases and injuries were respiratory tract infection （46.16%）, trauma and poisoning （15.99%）, diseases of motor system （9.17%）, musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases （7.00%）, and digestive system diseases （6.82%）. Most of the patients were in the age group 20-45. Conclusion Respiratory tract diseases are the diseases with the highest incidence rate among the earthquake victims. Most of the patients are young adults. Because the limited condition of medical team a higher medical network is necessary.
