摘  要:目的:研究环境因子对峨眉野连主要药用成分的影响.方法:分别测定峨眉山6个居群4~5年生峨眉野连常用入药部位(叶、叶柄、须根)中小檗碱、巴马汀以及药根碱的含量,并通过灰色关联分析研究土壤、相对湿度等环境因子对其的影响.结果:在常用入药部位中,叶中小檗碱含量相对较高,须根中巴马汀和药根碱含量相对较高;土壤全N含量与各药用成分关联度最大.结论:叶、叶柄、须根中3种药用成分含量丰富,土壤全N含量是主导影响因子.Objective To study the effects of environmental factors on major medicinal components of Coptis omeiensis. Method The contents of berberine, palmatine and jatrorrhizine in the usual medicinal organs (lamina, petiole and fibrous roots) of C. omeiensis gathered at six 4/5-year-old populations located in Mr. Emei were measured by HPLC. The effects of such environmental factors as soil and relative air humidity on medicinal components of C. omeiensis were analyzed through grey correlation analysis. Result Of the three medicinal organs studied, lamina contained more berberine than petiole and fibrous roots, while the contents of palmatine and jatrorrhizine in fibrous roots were higher than in the other two organs. Total soil N was most closely related to the three medicinal components. Conclusion Lamina, petiole and fibrous roots are rich in berberine, palmatine and jatrorrhizine, and total soil N is the dominant impacting factor for the contents of berberine, palmatine and jatrorrhizine.
