消脱止——M治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的：研究消脱止-M治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效及安全性。方法：采用开放、随机对照临床研究，治疗组、对照组各50例。治疗组在活血化瘀药物（如复方丹参片、三七总甙片、血栓通等）常规治疗的基础上加用消脱止-M，3片／次，3次／d，连续服用120d。对照组使用活血化瘀药物（如复方丹参片、三七总甙片、血栓通等）常规治疗120d，不用消脱止-M。结果：与常规治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎相比，加用消脱止-M后，患者患肢静息痛、间歇性跛行、肢体冷感、麻木感等临床症状改善有显著性意义（P〈0．05），尤其在治疗90d、120d后临床症状改善更加显著。结论：消脱止-M治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎不仅安全，而且效果显著，可以将消脱止-M作为血栓闭塞性脉管炎常规治疗药物及首选治疗药物之一。Objective researching the curative effect and security of Setus--M in the treatment for thromboangitis obliterans. Methods An open and randomized controlled research was performed. 50 cases received Setus-- M and groovy-- drug for 120 days,3 tablets of Setus--M once and three times per day, and other 50 cases used groovy--drug without Setus--M. Results The eases with Setus--M in improving clinical symptom of discontinuous limping , limb cold feeling and tomnumbly--feeling is better than the eases without Setus--M（P〈0.05） ,especially in treating 90 days and 120days. Conclusion Setus--M is an effective and safe drug in treatment for thromboangitis obliterans, so Setus--M may be used as groovy--drug and the first choice treatmenting for thromboangitis ohliterans.
