摘  要:采用W/O型乳化-固化聚合方法制备了阿司匹林明胶微球(AIGM),通过单因素试验和正交设计试验研究制备条件对AIGM平均粒径的影响,并采用粒度分析仪、扫描电镜等分析手段对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,反应条件对AIGM的形成及粒径影响很大,溶液pH=5.0以及乳化剂用量小于临界胶束浓度是形成复合微球的必要条件;AIGM粒径随戊二醛量增加、反应时间的增长、阿司匹林与明胶配比的增加而增大;pH值和阿司匹林与明胶配比是影响微球平均粒径的主要因素。The aspirin impregnated gelatin microspheres (AIGM) were prepared by emulsification-solidification polymerization. The effects of reaction conditions on the diameter of AIGM were studied through the single factor test and orthognnal experiment. The structure of AIGM was characterized by particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that formation of AIGM and particle size were affected by the reacting conditions, and the pH=5.0 of the solution and emulsifier dosage was less than the CMC were the necessary conditions of this preparation process. With the increase of the glutaraldehyde amount, reaction time and the ratio of aspirin to gelatin, the diameter of AIGM enlarged. The pH value and ratio of aspirin to gelatin were the key factors which had effects on the diameter of AIGM.
