公立医院持久竞争优势的根源探究

摘　　要：本研究以战略管理理论为基础,采用访谈法探究公立医院持久竞争优势的根源,并以能力理论为基础,以"能力——竞争优势"为分析框架,从理论上进一步深入剖析,从而揭示公立医院持久竞争优势根源于医院文化的命题。Based on the Strategy Management Theory, the origin of state - owned hospitals＇ sustainable competitive predominance was studied by interviewing. And further research was based on the competence theory and framework of ＂competence and competitive predominance＂. Then it is concluded that the state - owned hospitals＇ sustainable competitive predominance is from the origin of hospital＇ s culture.
