摘 要:采用池栽试验的方法,通过测定草坪草叶片的相对电导率(EL)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)等多项生理指标,对各指标进行相关性分析,系统地研究了控释氮肥与多效唑互作对模拟运动场草坪草抗寒性的影响。研究结果表明:相对电导率、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均随着低温时间的延长而逐渐升高;而保护酶SOD、POD活性先升高后降低,CAT活性则持续降低。高肥及喷施PP333的处理F2P1(N20g/m2、多效唑PP333 600mg/L),其草坪草的细胞膜脂过氧化程度最低,体内渗透调节物质积累最多,保护酶系统活性最强,抗寒性最佳。A pool-culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of interaction between controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer and PP333 on the cold-resistance of sports ground turf. The results indicated that with the time of low temperature extended, the relative electric conductivity and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), free proline and soluble sugar increased step by step, while superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activities raised at first, then fell down, and catalase (CAT) activity was decreased. Among all experimental treatments, F2P1 (N 20g/m^2, PP333 600mg/L) showed the best effect on cold-resistance, turfgrass had the lowest peroxidation degree of cell membrane system, the highest content of osmotic regulation matter and the highest activity of active-oxygen-scavenging enzyme.
