猪生殖-呼吸道综合征病毒(PRRSV)分离鉴定及其与欧、美PRRSV抗原的比较

摘　　要：在我国吉林省某地猪生殖－呼吸道综合征病毒（ＰＲＲＳＶ）抗体阳性猪群的４头２日龄弱仔猪实质脏器中分离到２株ＰＲＲＳＶ。间接荧光抗体试验（ＩＦＡ）结果表明，ＰＲＲＳＶ（ＬＶ．ＶＲ－２３３２）抗血清与２个分离株呈阳性反应；分离到病毒的弱仔猪血清与参考株（ＬＶ．ＶＲ－２３３２）也呈阳性反应；而分离株与ＨＣＶ、ＰｒＶ、ＰＰＶ、ＴＧＥＶ、ＰＥＤＶ和ＨＥＶ无交叉抗原。以上试验证明，我们已成功地分离到２株地方性ＰＲＲＳＶ。进一步用六种ＰＲＲＳＶ单抗（Ａ～Ｆ）进行ＩＦＡ试验，结果２个分离株与ＶＲ－２３３２的荧光反应谱相同。说明它们之间在抗原结构上具有同源性。Two strains of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome viruses(PRRSV) were isolated from 4 weak live born piglets in PRRSV seropositive pig herds,The 2 isolates,designed as Dq 1 and Dq 2,could replicate in Marc 145 cells and cause specific cytopathognic effect(CPE) in infected cells,IFA staining with LV(European strain)and VR 2332(American strain)antisera on the infected Marc 145 cells by the 2 isolates were positive,and the serum from the weak piglet also reacted with LV and VR 2332 infected cells The 2 isolates didnt react with HCV、PrV、PPV、TGEV、PEDV and HEV antisera in the IFA tests.Further tests with monoclonal antibodies(A to F)indicated that rreactivity patterns of 2 isolates were the same as that of the American strain of VR 2332,Which showed that the isolated viruses were closely related to the American type of PRRSV
