摘 要:轴承滚子修形量是影响滚子与滚道之间接触应力分布状况的重要因素,对轴承性能和寿命的提高有重要影响。根据理想对数凸型方程和三维有限长弹性接触问题的理论,分析滚动轴承结构参数对接触应力分布的影响,提出滚子修形量设计时必须考虑滚子倒角半径和越程槽宽度的影响因素,给出相应的数值计算方法,并应用于汽车十字万向传动轴节叉轴承的滚子设计中。结果表明:使用这种方法设计的轴承滚子,可避免接触应力分布出现"边缘效应"现象,也避免了在接触区域中部产生应力集中,疲劳实验证明轴承滚子的寿命提高了1.52倍。In the cylindrical roller bearing, the crown drop of a roller determines the contact pressure distribution between the roller and the raceway, and is one of the most important factors to affect the capability and life of roller. In order to improve the capability of the cylindrical roller bearing, the effects of structural parameters on the contact pressure distribution were analyzed based on logarithmic equation and the numerical calculation of three-dimension elastic contact problem infinite length. It was suggested that both the chamfer radius and the grinding undercut width should be considered in the design of crown drop. The corresponding numerical method to calculate the crown drop was presented and applied in the design of automotive drive shaft universal joint trunnion bearing. The result shows that, with the numerical method, the cylindrical roller bearings can be designed without the" edge effects" of the contact pressure distribution and the high pressure concentration in the contact region. As a result, the capability and service life of the designed roller are increased 1.52 times.
