摘  要:用四球试验机评价了二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸稀土(La和Ce)和环烷酸稀土(La和Ce)在加氢基础油中的摩擦学特性。结果表明,有机稀土添加剂具有优良的抗磨和减摩性能及高的承载能力,与其他添加剂复配具有良好的协同效应。基于AES分析探讨了有机稀土添加剂的作用机制,发现有机稀土化合物在摩擦副表面形成复杂的化学反应膜,呈现出优良的摩擦学特性。The extreme pressure property and anti-wear property of rare earth dialkyl dithiocarbamate ( La and Ce ), Rare earth naphthenate( La and Ce) in hydrotreated lubricating oil were evaluated with four-ball tester. The results show that the rare-earth organic compound additives have excellent friction-reducing property, and have good synergism with the other ad- ditives. The lubricating mechanism of rare-earth organic compound was discussed based on AES analysis. It is shown that the surface layer formed by the additives is composed of organic film, oxidation film, chemical reaction film, which improves the tribotogical properties of lubricating oil.
