摘　　要：针对车船物资运输与物流管理中的实时位置跟踪、远程目标管理等应用要求,本文提出了一种微型的、低成本、低能耗的GPS/GSM定位与通讯系统的总体结构框架,详细描述了它的工作原理,设计了系统硬件电路和软件程序,重点分析了GPS定位信号的提取和GSM发送信号的软件程序设计,实验结果证明,本系统工作性能稳定,可以实现卫星定位,并发送定位信息和联络信息。To meet the appfication of long distance object management, real time position tracking in the field of goods transportation and logistics management. This paper introduces a tiny and low cost system frame of positioning and wireless transmitting based on GPS/ GSM, describe the general structure and the theory of the system and the design the hardware and software of the system in detail, and especially describes the program of the pick-up of the position information of GPS and the message sending of GSM. The experiment shows that the system can work steadily, and send the message of positioning reliably.
