摘　　要：邯郸洗选厂浮选自控系统已使用十多年,由于部分电气设备老化,机电事故连续不断,致使检测精度降低,维护强度极大,生产工艺指标很难保持在最佳状态。通过分析比较选用北京煤科院研制的西门子PLC浮选过程工艺参数自动测控装置,降低了机电事故率,取得了显著的经济效益,有广泛的推广价值。The system of floating and choosing to measure and control in Han Dan Xi Xuan factory has already used for more than ten years, because parts of electricity equipmentses are aging and the machine electricity incidents are continuous, the examining accuracy is lower and lower, the supporting strength is bigger and bigger, the producing craft index sign hardly keeps in the best appearance. By analysis and comparison to choose manufacture with the coal section hospital of Peking of Siemens PLC float to choose the process craft parameter to measure to control the device automatically, lower the machine electricity trouble rate and obtain the preeminent economic performance .It has a great value to generalize widely.
