摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,对普通高校体育场馆的建设情况进行了分析,在明确了体育场馆服务对象的情况下,从学校体育发展的趋势出发,本着"以人为本",兼顾学校特色的指导思想,从高校体育场馆的设计、建设和管理经营等方面构建新颖的管理模式,以发挥体育场馆的多重功能,满足不同群体的需要。Through using the method of literature review and expert interview, this paper makes analysis on construction condition of college gymnasiums. Under the condition of knowing the service clients, following the developing trend of schools sports, taking people - oriented into account and considering the characteristics of the college, this paper established the creative management model for gymnasiums in college campus in designing, construction and operation so as to play the multi -function of the gymnasiums meeting the need of different groups.
