我校健美操课程实施课内外一体化教学模式的实践研究

摘　　要：本课题通过对我校健美操教学现状进行调查研究,分析其存在的弊端和产生的原因,并在此基础上以"健康第一"为指导思想,以终身体育为主线,重新构建理论依据充分、实效性和可操作性强、符合大学生身心发展特点、能适应现代社会发展需要的健美操课内外一体化教学模式,并对新构建的教学模式进行实验,取得了较好的效果。This paper, based on the research on the present situation of aerobics education at Qingdao Agriculture University, analyzes the reasons of the situation and builds a guiding idea that health is the first, which is a life long process and suitable for college students＇development both in physics and psychology. And this whole system in aerobics education suits the modern social development and requirements and gains a good result in the experiment of the new education model.
