摘　　要：通过文献资料法和对比分析法,对北京奥运会后体育场馆如何利用进行探讨,提出应当采用政府和企业相结合的多元运营模式,构筑奥运场馆业主联盟,开发奥运旅游项目,对体育场馆进行冠名,将职业体育融入奥运场馆赛后的运营和应当充分利用大学区内的体育场馆的建议。Through using the method of literature review and comparison, this paper makes discussion on utilization of sport stadiums after Beijing Olympic Games, puts forward that governments and enterprises should use a combination of multiple operating mode, owners should build Olympic venues union, Olympic tourism projects should be developed, stadiums for the title right, professional sports should be into the operation of the Olympic stadium and the region should make full use of the University of stadiums.
