摘　　要：猪用增仔促孕素是用猪脾脏细胞生产的一种干扰素,它能促使母猪在妊娠识别期处于良好状态,能提高母猪子宫对胚胎附植的承载能力,改善母猪的繁殖性能,提高母猪的窝平产仔数.本文就猪用增仔促孕素即猪脾细胞干扰素的研制、生产和生产工艺进行了研究,并探索出整套猪脾细胞干扰素的生产工艺.猪脾细胞干扰素其原料来源广,成本低,具有较高的推广价值.The Advanced Pregnancy and Increased Litter Size Factor is an interferon pro-duced with porcine spleen. It can advanced sow in good state in pregnancy recognition period and raise uterus bearing capacity of embryo-implantation and improve reproduce function and raise litter size of sow. This article is about production and technology of porcine spleen in-terferon (PSIFN). The PSIFN will be worth spreading. Its material source is extensive and cost is low.
