家蚕品种资源茧层丝胶溶失率及其相关分析

摘　　要：250个品种的茧层在沸水中30min的丝胶溶失率平均为20．2％，最高为27．2／，最低为13．1％，以一化种较低，二化及多化种较高。茧层丝胶溶失率与茧层含胶率成正相关，与发育经过、茧层率有正相关倾向，与解舒率、健康性有负相关倾向。雌雄茧间、不同荧光色茧间的茧层丝胶溶失率均无明显的差异。其中220个品种的茧层丝胶溶解率平均78．7％，最高977％，最低50．3％。Degumming loss percentage of cocoon shell in boiling water for 30 min was tested in 250 silkworm races preserved,and the highest and the lowest are 27. 2% and 13. 1 % respectively, with the average of 20. 2%. As for voltinism, that of monovoltine races iscomparatively low and that of bivoltine and polyvoltine races is higher. It is positivelycorrelated with sericin ratio of cocoon shell,and tends to positive correlation with duration of development and cocoon shell ratio,but to negative correlaion with reelability andhealthiness. The average soluble sericin percentage of cocoon shell in 220 races is78. 7%,and the highest and the lowest are 97. 7% and 50. 3% respectively. And there isno remarkable difference between female and male cocoon,and among cocoons of different fluorescent colours.
