长效止痛剂用于肛肠病术后疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察长效止痛剂治疗肛肠病术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法分析肛肠病术后疼痛的机制,临床观察分2组,即长效止痛剂组(400例),常规处理组(90例),观察其止痛疗效。长效止痛剂用亚甲蓝、布比卡因及生理盐水组成,制成注射液。常规处理组用去痛片及杜冷丁组成。结果长效止痛剂完全止痛效果达65.50%,常规处理组占0%,长效止痛剂组与常规处理组止痛效果比较,经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论长效止痛剂对肛肠病术后疼痛具有明显的止痛效果。[Objective] To observe clinical effects of long acting analgesic on the treatment of anorectal post operational pain. [Methods] Analysing the pathological features of anorectal post operational pain by mixed with methylene blue and normal saline, an enjection was prepared. Two groups were performed under clinical observation. Long acting analgesic group have 400 cases, routine treatment group have 90 cases： The curative effect was observed. [Results] The total analgesic rate of long acting analgesic was 65.5%, the clinical effect was better than routine group, there was statistical difference between these two groups （P 〈0.01）. It was shown in the experiment that long acting analgesic had obvious effect of topical analgesic. [Conclusions] Long acting analgesic had significiant effect on relieving the anorectal post operational pain.
