摘　　要：本文总结分析了中国西部地区主要省市渔业资源现状和发展潜力以及汶川大地震对西部渔业造成的灾难性创伤,并在此基础上,提出了加大渔业产业投入、深化西部渔业科技创新、注重西部渔业人才培养、加强西部渔业基础设施建设、保护西部渔业生态环境、调整农业产业结构、加大区域渔政执法力度等振兴西部渔业经济的战略思路。The author has summarized current development potential in major provinces in west status of fishery resources and future fishery China and especially indicated calamity hurt caused by Wenchuan＇s earthquake on May 12th 2008, and proposed a series of strategic measures of promoting fishery economy development in west China. The measures include： increasing investment to fishery industry; enhancing fishery science and technology renovation; paying attention to fishery experts training; strengthening construction of fishery infrastructure; protecting fishery ecological environment; adjusting structure of agricultural industry; intensifying fishery legislation etc.
