摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定纯氧化铝原料及制品中的Si,Fe,Ti, Ca,Mg,K,Na等杂质元素。通过试验确定了熔样方法,仪器最佳工作参数,ICP分析条件,分析谱线等。结果表明,样品用四硼酸锂和碳酸锂混合熔剂在1000℃左右的温度下熔融,可以完全分解试样。引进试液中大量锂和基体铝对测定有影响,用基体匹配的方法克服,样品中含量较高的硅、铁和钛元素对低含量元素没有光谱干扰。方法的相对标准偏差(%RSD)小于3%,测定结果与化学分析方法一致。A method for determination of Si, Fe, Ti, Ca, Mg, K, Na in high alumina refractories by ICP - AES was developed . The process of sample preparation and measuring parameters optimization for the instrument were studied. The results indicated that the sample was completely decomposed with fusion mixture composed of Li2B407 and Li2CO3 at 1000℃. The matrix effect was overcomed by using the matrix matching method, high concentration elements in sample such as Si,Fe and Ti did not interfere in the determination of other coexisting elements. The relative standard deviation of results was less than 3 %, the results determied by the method were consistent with those chemical analysis method.
