农业产业化可持续发展的多元主体互动体系研究

摘　　要：农业可持续发展是一种全新的农业发展观,也成为发展农村经济、增强农业的市场竞争力和保障农民权益的一条路径。要打破小农经济的束缚,实现农业可持续发展就必然要重塑和培育农业产业化的主体体系。基于对农业产业化可持续发展理念的界定,进一步探寻农业产业化可持续发展中的主体困境,进而构建农业产业化可持续发展的多元主体互动体系,并上升的法律范畴对各主体的合法权益予以制度保障。Sustainable development of agriculture is a new concept of agricultural development. And it has also become a path of developing of the rural economy,enhancing competitiveness of the market agriculture and protecting of the farmer＇s rights. And rescheduling the main system of agricultural industrialization is a path of breaking the restrictions of small-scale peasant economy and achieving sustainable development of agricultural industry. By defining the sustainable development of agricultural industry and exploring the main difficulties of sustainable development of agricultural industry,the author builds a multi-subject interactive system of sustain- able development of agricultural industry and then makes the legal systems of protecting the rights of the mains.
