摘　　要：论文参照国家有关科技竞争力评价指标体系，以2007年度提出的杭州创新指数为衔接，从城市科技竞争力动态评价、科技竞争力与经济竞争力的协调性分析等方面对国内15个副省级城市科技竞争力进行评价研究，为提升科技竞争力、促进城市经济增长和社会全面发展提供决策参考。This article takes the national related Science＆Technology Competitiveness evaluation index systems for reference, and connects with the Hangzhou Innovation Index, evaluate and study the Science＆Technology Competitiveness of the 15 Vice- Province Cities through the aspects： Dynamic evaluation of Competitiveness, analysis of the coordination between Science＆Technology Competitiveness and Economy Competitiveness, etc. This study will provide reference for Decision-Making so as to promoting Science＆Technology Competitiveness,accelerating the economy growth.
