摘　　要：互联网的飞速发展改变了人们社会生活的方方面面，在政治生活领域的影响尤为突出,本文主要咆述了互联网给政府治理和公民参政带来的机遇和挑战，并对政府该如何掌握主动、应对挑战提出了建议。The Internet rapid development changed the people social life aspects, outstandingly in the political life domain influence This article mainly elaborated the Internet the opportunity and the challenge which the government and the citizen participates in government for the government brings, and how should grasp initiative to the government, should put forward the proposal to the challenge.
