摘　　要：高校毕业生就业工作是党和国家领导人高度重视的工作，关系到高校学习实践科学发展观的具体体现，关系到高校毕业生及其家庭的切身利益，关系到高校能否持久发展的问题。本文分析了管理学院近三年的毕业生基本情况；总结了毕业生就业率高的基本做法；阐述了做好毕业生就业工作的体会。对如何做好毕业生就业工作有一定的参考价值。The university graduates get employed the work are the work which the party and the national leader takes highly, relates the university to study the practice science development view to manifest specifically, relates the university graduates and the family vital interest, whether relates the university lasting development the question. This article has analyzed the management institute near three year graduate basic situation;Summarized the graduate employment rate high essential procedure ; Elaborated completes the graduate to get employed the work experience. How to completes the graduate to get employed the work to have certain reference value.
