摘　　要：论述了科技查新与科研项目管理的理论内涵，探究科技查新对科研项目的支持作用，并在改善科技查新优化科研管理方面提出数点建议，对科技查新优化科研项目管理质量具有较大意义。The paper analyses the theoretical connotations of sci-tech novelty retrieval and research project management, to explore the support of sci-tech novelty retrieval of the role of scientific research projects and research, put forward some suggestions of projects to optimize the quality of management of the sci-tech novelty retrieval with more great significance.
