摘  要:在传统的水相法氯化石蜡-70生产工艺的基础上,开发出水相悬浮相转移法工艺。该工艺氯化反应温度低(≤120℃),氯化周期短,在反应中完成二相(气、液)转化为三相(气、液、固)的水相悬浮相转移,形成粉末悬浮液,后期反应温度低于物料软化点。该工艺先进,生产安全。The water-phase suspension phase-transfer process of chlorinated paraffin -70 production was developed depending on the traditional water-phase process of chlorinated paraffin -70 production. The chlorination temperature of the process is low( ≤120℃ ) , and the chlorination cycle is short. The water-phase suspension phase-transfer is completed from two phases (gas and liquid ) to three phases ( gas, liquid, and solid) during the reaction and the powder suspension solution is formed. The last-term temperature is lower than the softening point of the material. The process is advanced and the production is safe.
